The Problem We Faced
In 2023, we were managing a 15-person offshore team and spending 10+ hours per week on status updates. Daily standups at awkward times. Endless Slack messages asking "What's the status?" Team members blocked for days without us knowing. Sound familiar?

The 'Aha' Moment
After missing a critical blocker for 3 days that delayed our entire release, we knew there had to be a better way. The blocker was sitting in JIRA the whole time, but nobody flagged it. Nobody noticed. It shouldn't be this hard.

Why We Built ScrumEye
We built ScrumEye to solve our own problem. We wanted a tool that would:

Turns out, hundreds of other companies had the same frustration. So we kept building, kept iterating, and now ScrumEye helps teams across 40+ countries manage their offshore teams with complete visibility.
